About Me
You know that feeling when you're trying to book something online and the website keeps fighting you? Or when an app makes you click through five screens to do something simple? That drives me absolutely crazy — and it's exactly why I do what I do.
Hi there, I am Katharina and I didn't start out as a designer. After studying business in Vienna (with some great detours to Manchester and Barcelona), I worked as a product manager at a Brussels-based scale-up taking ideas from rough concepts to shipped features with a team of developers. Somewhere along the way, I opened Figma "just to try it" and never really stopped.
Now I combine that analytical, product-minded approach with design skills to create digital experiences that actually make sense. I'm the person who obsesses over whether users will understand where to click, not just whether it looks pretty.
I work primarily in Figma for design, but I also love tools like Builder.io that help bring those designs to life quickly.
When I'm not hunched over my screen, I'm usually doing something active outside like playing beach volleyball.
